Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before ordering

What type of hair do you use?

We use premium Remy human hair for all of our wigs and toppers. Remy hair refers to hair that is collected with the cuticle fully intact and aligned in the same direction, preserving softness, movement, and longevity.
All hair used is 100% human hair. Depending on the final shade, the hair may be virgin (never color-treated) or carefully processed to achieve lighter tones, while still maintaining cuticle integrity and performance. Darker shades are often created using virgin hair, while lighter colors are achieved through controlled processing designed to protect the hair’s structure and lifespan.

Do I need to use glue or tape for these wigs?

Our wigs are designed to be worn glueless. No glue or adhesive tape is required for everyday wear.
That said, some clients choose to use additional security like lace melting spray for high-movement activities such as amusement rides, boating, or similar situations. It is not recommended to use lace melting spray often as it can weaken the lace and the knots on the hairline. I prefer to use a wig grip band to secure my wigs. I find that by measuring your head properly and buying a wig that fits properly, you will not have an issue with your wig moving around. Trust me!

How long do your wigs last?

The lifespan of a wig varies based on wear frequency, care, and individual lifestyle. With proper maintenance, premium human hair wigs are designed to last one to two years, and often longer. Rotating between multiple wigs—especially for daily wear—can significantly extend longevity. Regular care and gentle handling are essential to preserving the hair’s integrity over time. After approximately 6–12 months of wear, a professional trim or color refresh can help restore softness, shape, and overall appearance, allowing the piece to feel renewed rather than replaced.

How are your wigs constructed?

A lace front wig is constructed with a sheer lace panel along the front hairline, into which individual hairs are hand-ventilated to create a natural, scalp-like appearance. This lace allows the hairline to blend seamlessly with the scalp, giving the illusion that the hair is growing directly from the skin. All of our wigs come with a silk liner added in which helps protect the knots and further mimics scalp like appearance in the part line.
Behind the lace front, the body of the wig is built using a structured cap that has rows of wefts sewn in for stability, comfort, and consistent density throughout the piece.

How long will it take to ship my wig?

We are a growing studio, and each wig is prepared with care rather than speed. As we scale, please allow 4-6 weeks for your wig to ship.
That said, many orders ship sooner. We always do our best to complete and send each piece as quickly as possible—without compromising quality or attention to detail.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on order volume, customization, and current production capacity. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
